Access to Namur and the University of Namur

The University of Namur is located in the center of the city of Namur, capital of Wallonia, one of Belgium's three regions. 

By plane

The following airports are located within a reasonable distance of Namur:

  • Brussels Airport (Zaventem) which is accessible from a multitude of airports all over the world;
  • Brussels South Airport (Charleroi) which connects Charleroi to a multitude of airports in Europe and the Middle East.

By train

The rail is a very good mode to access the University and the city center.

By car

Namur is at the crossroads of the E411 (Brussels-Luxembourg) and E42 (Liège-Mons) motorways. The UNamur visitor car park is located rue Henri Lemaître and is accessible by means of an access sticker (to be requested from the symposium organizer).
