Abstract submission and posters

The programme will be organized based on several topics of bePOM.

Please select the suitable keyword according to your session of interest.

The bePOM aims at gathering Belgian researchers working in the field of optics and photonics. We thus require speakers to be affiliated with at least one Belgian institution. 

SUBMISSION

To submit an abstract for a poster or a contributed talk, please use the abstract template.

Send us your abstract by email or upload it when registering (before the abstract due date). The email address in case of email submission is: info@bepom.org

DEADLINES

  • Deadline for CONTRIBUTED TALK and POSTER abstract submission: 1st September 2025
  • Deadline for REGISTRATION: 12th September 2025

Notification of acceptance: before 10th September 2025.

ALL POSTERS in .jpg or .png format are due on 14 September 2025 before 6:00pm.

CONTRIBUTED TALKS

Contributed talks will be selected by members of the scientific committee based on the abstract.  Talks are due to last 12 minutes + 3 minutes Q&A. 

POSTERS

An example of poster template is available.  However, its use is not mandatory.

Poster session will be held on-site at VUB.

Participants will have to bring their own posters (A2 format).

AWARDS

Prizes for the best presentations will be announced soon.
